ASU QB Keller

He is leading the nation in TD's and Yards. He is absolutely putting on a clinic at the QB position.

If he continues with performances like this he will have to be considered a seious Heisman candidate. Hope it doesnt jinx him.

He has done it against LSU and will see what he has against USC.

I bleed red and blue but I love Sam Keller. The guy is just a gamer. I have friends close to the program who kept telling me the last few years about how much they anted Walter to get benched in favor of Keller but I was a bit skeptical as Walter was putting up numbers and wins. No way Keller has the deer in headlights problem Walter had in all their losses last year.

I reaklly want the Cards to to draft him. Come out this year and sit in 2006 while he fixes his delivery and we're set come 2007. He just has that moxie that all great QBs have.

Mao I am right with you. I grew up with the devils in tempe but attended the UA my so my loyalties reside in Tucson. Being across country now i like to see ASU do well and I have to say. Already Sam Keller is one of my favorite college QB's ever, and the kid just does something every game that makes my appreciation grow. Take yesterday, i was watching the game on TBS and the kid had a three minute span where he kept getting hit very hard. So what does he do? lead three straight TD drives while limping around.

I love the moxie of this kid and its a breath of fresh air at the QB position, esp. with Walter being so reserved. Im not sure how he projects physically to the NFL ( i keep hearing he has a hitch in hois throw but it seems to work)but so far his intangibles are off the charts and i wouldnt mind the home town NFL team picking him up so i can keep cheering for him...........

Keller is a pimp, a total clown but you know guys would love to play for him, ala Jake the snake....(but Keller's a much better thrower)

Koetter has a knack for getting the best out of QB's. He did great with some of them he had while he coached boise state. With Koetter's offensive system, it's going to take the right QB off the charts. Things look pretty good to Kellar right now.
