They have to win this game to salvage the season.

I know its early but they need a catastrophic success to balance out the catastrophic failure.

ASU will win and bounce back from last weeks disappointment. For all their talent Georgia hasn't looked like the powerhouse many people thought they would be. The ASU homefield advantage will be the difference.

I wish I was in Tempe to watch this game.

just got word that I will be going to the game a friend gave me two tickets tonight and me and my brother are going down to check out the game :). Sadly we will be rooting for georgia since were more bulldog fans than asu fans but if ASU wins its all good also. I was raised in georgia and i've been a bulldog fan for a long time this should be a great game.

Very few agree but we can beat Georgia. We might not pull it off but we can. Funny thing, historically, Dennis Erickson's teams have been loaded with criminals and punks but Georgia makes Erickson's players look like choir boys.

That program, under that coach, is built on the dregs of society. No scum is too unworthy to be a Bulldog, as long as he's a superior athlete.

Ill be at the game, but I fully expect ASU to lose by 21+ and for it to be over by halftime, but I hope not.

No running game is ASU's doom.

:yeahthat:

Defense was decent in the first half, but turnovers kept giving UGA good field position.

If we could have run it would have helped open up the passing game.

This is a good looking drive to open up the 2nd half.

:sparky:

Ok good start to half 2 now the defense needs to force a turnover or quick 3 and out.

Disgusting sorry ass ASU. I am so tired of watching these guys get worked in every single big game they ever play year after year. Every time the big boys come to play ASU shrivels up like a puckering .... you know what.

Wow. If this doesn't illustrate Rudy's ability in big games I don't know what does. This guys does not perform on the big stage. Despite the numbers he puts up, he doesn't appear to have it when it counts. Rudy is not a gamer.

I was at the game too. Kind of embarrassing as to how many Georgia fans there were. I also agree that Rudy may not pan out to be what alot of people expected.
The run game was an embarrassment and our secondary played like crap. I think my grandmother could have done a better job than Omar Bolden did lat night.
It was dissapointing to see that yet again, we look like there is no way that we should be competing with the big boys. All in all, we got outplayed in every department. Just my honest opinion.

Losing to Vegas was disturbing enough, but I hate that the SunDevils are 1-11 against ranked opponents in the past four seasons. I hate it even more that Georgia fans had such a presence. In this town, I shouldn't be surprised, all the teams in Phoenix (except maybe the Suns) have to deal with that. :dcr:

I don't think the number of Georgia fans was as embarrassing as it seemed. It was the first appearance they'd made out west during the regular season in decades. It's a big stadium, and I'm sure a lot of those fans bought tickets the day they went on sale, whereas the assumption on the part of local fans is that tickets are available closer to the game. In any case, I'm more concerned about the record against ranked opponents as well. Seriously, I think about beating Michigan in the Rose Bowl and beating Nebraska a decade later...and then a lot of disappointing losses. Oh well, I ain't going anywhere.
