Also, he's referring to Obama coming to speak at ASU's graduation, but saying no to UofA's graduation. Or at least I think that must be what he's saying.

My Favorite SNL of the season by a pretty large margin..

Good to see the "educated" people of New York know what's up!

Well, that was insightful..

He IS referring to SNL last night... Basically Obama is talking about all the things that will stay in business and all the things that will cease to exist (these "products" are not good enough for America)

He says:

Colleges: Arizona State-YES University of Arizona-NO..

It was pretty funny....

People still watch SNL?

yeah.. It was pretty bad for a while there, but over the past I would say 8 months or so it seems to have gotten better.. last night was just ok, IMO, but the ASU/UofA joke made the program!

Anyone see Stephen Colbert make fun of Tucson last night? He was talking about the Congresswoman from Arizona district 8 (which includes part of Tucson) who doesn't want part of the International Space Station named after Colbert, even though Colbert won a contest to have it named after him. Colbert basically said "Shes just jealous because I get a node on the international space station and she gets the the nice part of Tucson. I'm only kidding, there is no nice part."

That was hilarious. Colbert got more votes to get his name on the 'nod' than Giffords received to win her district.

I don't live in Tucson but I had a very bad experience with Congresswoman Giffords one time during a work project. Let me tell you - the woman is a see you next Tuesday and that's putting it lightly.

Daily Show was better.

It's a school policy btw that they dont give degrees to sitting politicians. just sayin....

More than half of the morons that enroll at ASU don't get degrees, why should they give one to someone who hasn't enrolled?

wow.. really?? wow...

ASU graduation rate: 56% http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/organizations/a/arizona_state_university/index.html?inline=nyt-org
UofA graduation rate: 56% http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/organizations/u/university_of_arizona/index.html

first you are soo incredibly ignorant in your statements, which are completely untrue.

second, UofA has THE EXACT SAME GRADUATION RATE...

so, in conclusion, UofA has no room to talk.. AT ALL...

To be perfectly honest a debate about which Arizona school has a higher academic standard is like a debate between Dumb and Dumber when compared to a lot of other schools around the country.

Both schools have some good programs but will always attract a lot of the SoCal party crowd.

no.. not at all... infact I would tend to agree with what devilalum said...

I was simply pointing out it's HILARIOUS how UofA fans think they have such a better academic record over ASU, when in reality, they are the same which is pretty unimpressive....
