It's an imperfect situation, because the snap/hold team isn't very good, either. The three work together for a rhythm that has yet to evolve.

How many kickers are normally on a roster? Aren't there at least two? [I vaguely remember someone else attempting a kick recently, but I'm not sure.]

1 punter, 1 kicker typically on college. Any other kickers are likely walk-ons. In the old days, sometimes none. I don't think Bear Bryant ever had a scholarship kicker.

Good point, just switching out the kicker could create more problems with the timing of the trio. But if one of these other dudes is more accurate then our current starter, I say
