ATTN: Mods. A question about a subscription/contribution

I sent a PM to one of the Mods, but he said it is not his area.

I want to renew my expired subscription/contribution from last year.

When I went in, it showed this message.

Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring, this means after the period is complete it will automatically be renewed.

Evidently it was not renewed. Rather than have my PayPal account double-billed by starting again, can someone tell me how to handle this?
