For the second time under Bruce Pearl's leadership, the Auburn Tigers are playing in the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament. Now that the Tigers are Sweet 16 bound, what is their ceiling?

Ahead of this weekend's March Madness action, USA TODAY Sports experts Jordan Mendoza, Paul Myerberg, Erick Smith, Eddie Timanus, and Blake Toppmeyer shared their projections for the remainder of the NCAA Tournament. The great news for Auburn is that all five experts predict the Tigers will take down Michigan in Friday's Sweet 16 matchup at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. However, the rest of Auburn's journey is up in the air.

Myerberg, Timanus, and Toppmeyer project Auburn's road to end in the Final Four, while Mendoza and Smith see Auburn's journey ending with an Elite Eight loss to Michigan State. Out of the seven SEC teams competing in the Sweet 16, Auburn and Florida have the best chance to emerge from this weekend and to compete in the Final Four next week in San Antonio, Texas.

The next leg of Auburn's journey to the Final Four begins Friday with a game against the Michigan Wolverines at 8:39 p.m. CT on TBS. Jordan Mendoza predicts the Tigers will win Friday, but believes that Bruce Pearl's squad will be the lone No. 1 seed to miss the Final Four.
