The chairman of Augusta National Golf Club says Tiger Woods disappointed everyone with his sex scandal and didn't live up to expectations as a role model. Billy Payne said Wednesday that in the future Woods won't be judged by his performance on the golf course. He said Woods will be judged by the sincerity of his efforts to change.
