Australian tennis player Bernard Tomic is facing resisting arrest charges after allegedly refusing to turn down loud music in his suite at a Miami Beach hotel. Miami Beach police say officers responded Wednesday to the W South Beach Hotel after Tomic would not comply with requests from hotel security to lower the volume. The security personnel and police officers then told the 22-year-old Tomic he was being evicted, but he refused to leave.
