Aug. 13—WILLMAR — The WISSOTA Hornet feature race at KRA Speedway Thursday came down to two Willmar drivers. On this day, Joe Martin emerged as the winner. After placing third in his heat, Martin rose up to the top spot to beat Willmar's Matthew Dittman in the 10-lap race at the Kandiyohi County Fair.
