C.B. Bucknor' strike zone during Sunday's Braves-Nationals game made another case for why he is consistently voted among the worst umpires in Major League Baseball. For this game, he expanded the outside corner by three feet, and Bryce Harper wasn't pleased. After Harper was called out on strikes on a pitch that clearly missed the plate considerably, Harper was in disbelief. He exchanged some words with Bucknor before making his way to the dugout. Then, Harper let Bucknor know exactly how he felt about the home-plate umpire's performance. “That’s so bad!” And really, that call was.
