Ball State QB Davis leaving for NFL (AP)

Ball State quarterback Nate Davis has decided to give up his senior season to enter the NFL draft. The school said Tuesday that Davis made the decision after returning to his hometown of Bellaire, Ohio, to talk with his family over the weekend. Davis led the Cardinals to a 12-0 start this season in which they were ranked as high as 12th.
