Levi Brown can handle elite pass rushers and has done it in the past. Problem is he is the most inconsistent RT in the league.

Like his ability to see lanes develop. Also good a breaking tackles.

I don't know if he has "elite" speed, but he gets up to his top speed in a few steps.
