It'd be easy to mock his fragility as we sit at 3-0 and RW shows signs of being a good one. But I feel bad for the guy. He just seems to be snake-bit when it comes to injuries. Hopefully he can turn this thing around and still make an impact.

By NFL standards, he should just play through it.

Im gonna guess he may be done here as far as being an impact player. He proved a lot last year cause he was hurt for a bunch of the season yet he took the ball every game and ran extremely hard.

The current version of Wells is so far from what he was last year or in college, that it's painful to watch. I'm guessing his knee is still in rough shape, and now he has turf toe... Too bad because when the kid is healthy he's a force, unfortunately the body just isn't cut out for the pounding of a 16 game NFL schedule

Time to see what William Powell can do spelling RW. LSH is just to small to ram up the middle constantly.

So what... Tired of hearing "Beanie Wells on the carry... gain of 2 yards."

Williams is our MAN. And bring up Powell if Beanie can't suit up! ;)

A blast from the past. Beanie Wells carted off the field at his very first training camp practice in 2009. And so it begun

Found in just about every Beanie Wells scouting report prior to the 2009 NFL draft was some variation of the phrase "durability issues." Wells was a great college running back at Ohio State, but nagging injuries hampered him throughout his three years in Columbus.
