College pro days are starting to wrap up ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, with teams now honing in on what they're planning to do with their respective draft boards. With the draft just weeks away, the Chicago Bears will soon be on the clock at No. 10, looking to continue their roster overhaul under first year head coach Ben Johnson.

Having addressed the interior of their offensive line this offseason, with the additions of Joe Thuney, Jonah Jackson, and Drew Dalman, the Bears are proving their commitment to the trenches. That commitment would also be shown on the defensive side of the ball, with the team adding defensive tackle Grady Jarrett and defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo, putting them in a favorable position heading into the draft.

With the Bears having addressed their biggest needs already in free agency, they're in prime position to take the best players available based on their scouting and draft boards. With that in mind, here's our latest seven-round draft.

Round 1, Pick 10: Will Campbell, OL, LSU

Even with Chicago making major additions to their offensive line, if Will Campbell is there at the 10th pick, it should be a no-brainer. The pick should be easier to make than if Ashton Jeanty were available at the same time, because Campbell has the type of nasty play style that would be a fit for the Bears' new-look offensive line, a style that would make him a fan favorite and the potential left tackle of the future. Braxton Jones is coming off a serious injury he suffered late last season, and Ben Johnson confirmed he'll be limited to start training camp, and Campbell could compete for the starting left tackle job as a rookie.

Round 2, Pick 39: Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa

There is no shortage of talented running backs in this year's draft class, and if the Bears wisely choose to focus on the trenches in the first round, grabbing Kaleb Johnson in the second round would be another slam-dunk pick. A bruising yet fast runner who would certainly pair well with D'Andre Swift, Johnson would quickly upgrade the Bears running back room. Last season at Iowa, Johnson ran for 1,537 yards and 21 touchdowns.

Round 2, Pick 41: Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

Chicago continues to shore up their defensive trenches landing another pass rusher. Nic Scourton is raw, but he’s got the size to wreak havoc and wouldn’t be asked to do too much as a rookie with this new look defensive line. Similar to Simmons, Scourton can be a guy the Bears plug in when needed and hope he makes plays for defensive coordinator Dennis Allen who will surely unlock his potential.

Round 3, Pick 72: Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA

If Carson Schwesinger makes it to their selection in the third round, Chicago should pounce all over this very productive linebacker out of UCLA. Totaling 136 tackles this past season for the Bruins, Schwesinger also added four sacks, three pass breakups, two interceptions, and a forced fumble to round out an impressive season. The Bears lost Jack Sanborn to free agency this offseason, and Schwesinger could take time to develop, but could be a very good special teams addition in the third round.

Round 5, Pick 148: Jackson Hawes, TE, Georgia Tech

Similar to most picks before him in this mock, Jackson Hawes would bring more depth to a position that has talent but could use more bodies behind starter Cole Kmet. Durham Smythe was only signed to a one-year deal and while Hawes may not offer too much in the passing game, he could earn playing time if he does the dirty work in the run game and excels in his blocking.

Round 7, Pick 233: Antwane Wells Jr., WR, Ole Miss

Known for having good speed and size, Antwane Wells Jr. will likely be overlooked after he suffered an injury in 2023 and hasn't return to his old form since. He's the perfect type of player who can take the top off of defenses but will have to work extremely hard to make the roster, especially as a seventh-round pick. His speed could also be a key for him to make the roster as a special teams contributor.

Round 7, Pick 240: Dean Clark, S, Fresno State

Kevin Byard is the final year of his contract and Jaquan Brisker had serious health concerns missing 12 games with a concussion last year. The work the Bears have done this offseason will allow them to fill holes and depth on the roster, so taking a flier on a safety who could bring depth wouldn’t be a bad idea. Dean Clark tracks more as a free safety at the next level and would have an opportunity to learn from two of the most talented players at the safety position.
