The Chicago Bears were all over Matthew Stafford, and now, they're tied with the Detroit Lions. Charles Tillman and Major Wright returned interceptions for touchdowns early in the third quarter, and Chicago picked off Stafford four times to beat Detroit 37-13 in a heated game on Sunday.
