that city has too many throwback mustaches and men still wearing short-shorts and jean shorts.

(but they've got damn fine pizza, hot dogs, and italian beefs)

I think the jean shorts are a Midwestern thing. I'm originally from Ohio, and still wear them all the time during the summer. So do most folks from the Buckeye state. But down here in Texas I'm the only one and get made fun of for still wearing "jorts."

I've been to Texas stadium twice and both times wore Cardinals jerseys. I was treated very well by the Cowboys fans. Even got invited to tailgate before and after the game.

I agree JG about the Cowboys fans. in fact I was dissapointed I was treated so well. I lie to you not, I got booed twice the whole time leading up to. during and after the game. No one even said so much as a "You're going down".

When I was at the Lions / Cards game in Detroit in 2005 not one person said a word & I was wearing a Cardinal jersey,it was disappointing.
The atmosphere was Millen discontent and apathy.

I'm gonna root for the Bears in this one.

Anyone who judges a city (and organization as a whole) by the actions of fans on game day will miss out on too much in life.

I don't care for Chicago and I've been there many times. Nothing against the people, just the place. Too cold and windy in winter, too humid in summer, and nothing really unique worth doing or seeing.

After living in Chicago, I can agree with the cold and windy part. I almost died at lunch today. Wind chill of about dark side of the moon cold.

Chicago as a city sucks..The only thing good about it is there pizza! GO COLTS!!

You're being charitabe, that glop of cheese with sauce and bread that they call pizza sure ain't pizza. Give me good NY or even woodfired gourmet over that crap anyday.

Italian beefs and Chicago hotdogs rule though.

Go Colts!

when i came down to phoenix i wanted to go to what YOU (folks) consider a good italiam restaurant.....it was something i would compare to a bad olive garden experience....and that is being generous.....at least you understand what a good hotdog and beef samish is all about!!! everyone here knows where the best beef samishes are .....johnnies beef in arlington heights.....it's worth the 15 minute ride from o'hare!!

There is good Italian here, you just need to know where to look.

For what it's worth though, when in AZ you should seek out some good Senoran seafood or the more authentic Mexican. For what it's worth, as good as Italian Beefs are, give me good Torta anyday. If you're ever in town run by Tortas la Presa and get the Cubana. Of course, I am assuming that you don't have the typical midwestern aversion to anything spicier than Pace mild salsa. :)

if you are are going to root for the colts we can make one of those friendly bets the governor's make...i know i can send a decent frozen pizza from lou malnotti's or an eli's cheesecake to you...how well do the Cubanas travel??
