1) order the 2 beef and cheddar special and ask for the "red ranch" on the side
2) flip your beef and cheddars upside down - remove (what used to be) the bottom bun
3) make some minor meat adjustments so you can use the remaining (onion flavored) bun as your taco shell
4) use that red ranch as your hot sauce - pour it on per bite or just drench the whole thing
5) i highly recommend an extra side of the cheese sauce
