boneheaded cut from the beginning.
Disasterdil was the worst punter I had seen in a long time. I read last night we were #1 in the league in punt return yards allowed with him.

Urban says he's just a rental until the horrendous kicker we cut him for gets healthy again... in other words, the team can't admit it's mistakes as usual.

i'm assuming this is actually true, otherwise they just would have cut his ass. so, now we're keeping two punters on the 53 man roster... great. admit the mistake, cut Zastudil and move the **** on.
in two weeks Bastardill will be put on IR and waived and graves will imply thats the only reason graham held, not because he is clearly better.

The Cards have a bye on week 6 so I think this may be an audition for Graham. I can't see them cutting him if he has a really good game but then

Yes he did. We loved Scott. That guy hits the biggest hook I've ever seen on a golf course.
That's not that ridiculous of a statement. The Washington game had huge returns on Zassengil's crappy punts, and the NYG game had him BOOM one about 30 yards or so with the game on the line.
When you lose 3 games by 8 combined points, a really crappy punter versus a damn decent one can make a lot of difference.
i agree just dont feel like arguing with people who think it makes no diff and we suck anyway.

I don't understand why we didn't keep him all along? I know that Zas had a better net. average punting, but NOBODY pins the ball deep like Ben. Also, Zas has a tendency to punt line drives this year, which are being returned much farther than we expected. He may have also been the cause of Feeley missing so many kicks.
It looks like Whiz must feel that he can fix Zas, by keeping him on the roster. Hope he does better than he did with DA.
