The Cincinnati Bengals feel like a team that could go a few different directions in Round 1 of the 2025 NFL draft.

Generally speaking, though, there is a typical list of prospects who often get mentioned for the team at No. 17. Think, Derrick Harmon and even safety Nick Emmanwori.

ESPN's draft day predictor algorithm, though, actually lists Alabama linebacker Jihaad Campbell as the most likely pick at No. 17, with the percentage chance above 10.

The next closest name is Emmanwori at around eight percent.

Campbell has been mocked to the Bengals by heavyweights such as Mel Kiper Jr. over the last week or so. He'd make a lot of sense given his production and overall profile, though there are injury concerns on his draft stock, too.

Campbell might be the best player available on Cincinnati's board at the pick, though. His arrival could go a long way toward answering what the team does in response to Germaine Pratt's trade request, too.

After Emmanwori in ESPN's projections is cornerback Jahdae Barron, so this particular data point, at least, thinks the Bengals will go after defense.
