Man - some of our smack on that board makes Cards fans just look bad - those guys weren't even rippinbg us or anything - actually I was shocked to see how even handed most of the posts were - but then here comes our boys talking about them being the "worst franchise in sports history" and how if "we don't turn the ball over it won't even be close" and other non-sense. Get a grip guys - go talk football over there - don't be jackasses.

you're not who I'm talking about - you don't go over to antagonize - which is what so many people here constantly complain about when other do it to us.

They weren't respecting us, and I take it as a slap in the face when Bengals fans are disrespecting us.

I posted twice over there on the same topic as I wasn't sure my 1st post was picked up...........IMHO the only civilized posters are us. You try and be nice and objective but sometimes to no avail.

I gave them a chance....................now let's beat their butts on Sunday.

I admit I was being a dick, but that was after reading the denigrate our team.

I mean, come on THEY'RE THE BENGALS!

The fans over there are acting like the Carolina fans did last year, giving us absolutely no respect, and believing there team was on the verge of greatness.

Umm..... Carolina is 6-1 this year. I think Bengal fans would be exstatic that you are comparing them.

Carolina fans were getting all excited, and talking smack about us.

We beat them, and they didn't win for like 6 weeks.

I know what you mean. But even though they skidded after a strong start, Carolina was an improved team last year just like Cincy is this year. Bengals fans have a valid reason to be excited about their team and good for them - they deserve it after all the years of horrible football.

But alas, let's hope we crush em like a cockroach on the sidewalk

Agreed...but I wouldn't be so cocky towards other teams saying things like the Cards aren't even in the rear view mirror...we were all excited last year starting 4-2...then the wheels fell off...but I would be quietly confident if I were a Bengals fan...Those were nice wins over the Ravens and Seahawks...but I like the Cards wins over the Pack and the 49ers as well...The problem is the losses and how the Cards lost. -14 t/o ratio won't win you many games in any league...

This was exactly what I was going to say to Rivercard.

We thought, or many of us thought we were turning this thing around last year at 4-2. In this league, a team isn't a "good" team until a team can do it for a few years IMO.

The Bengals have won 3 games out of 7, not exactly a good team.

Yeah I agree, they are not there yet. But at least they have been fairly consistent, competitive and seemingly getting better each week. We've beaten two decent teams - certainly as good or better than Cincy. Our defense has been pretty solid the last two weeks. We should win this game at home if we keep turnovers down and run to set up the pass.

It is not like they came here and disrespected you, they did it on their own board. You have to expect a biased opinion when you step into an opposing teams board.
