Bengals QB Palmer to start vs. Jets (AP)

Cincinnati quarterback Carson Palmer is active and will start for the Bengals against the New York Jets after being hobbled by a sore left foot earlier in the week. Palmer warmed up on the field about 2 1/2 hours before the game Thursday night. He had a protective boot on the foot Tuesday, and was held out of practice before returning Wednesday.
