They dont even play the same position. Harrison is a pass rushing 3-4 OLB Dansby isnt and never has been.

No, but Dansby was a pass rushing 4-3 OLB. 24.5 sacks his first 5 seasons. Along with interceptions, forced fumbles, etc. There's a reason a third of the coaching staffs get fired every season. They're stupid. The whole deal is set up on the good old boy network not on merit and its why the few smart organizations win for years and dumb ones go 4-12 or 5-11 every season.
