Easy question, do we have the best backcourt in the NBA currently?

I believe the answer may be yes.

Bledsoe is putting up about 20/4/6 and Dragic about 20/3/6 and both shoot near 50% from the field and get to the line some. That is rare to have a combination working like that in the backcourt. Usually with two star players in the backcourt that like to handle the ball, it usually happened that they were making each other less effective.

Is Bledsoe and Dragic better than Curry and Thompson? Maybe.

Do we have the best bench in the NBA as well? Or maybe lets re-phrase it the best bench duo in the NBA? Markieff and Marcus are #4 and #6 in PER among non-starters playing between 20-30 minutes. Both are averaging around 11-13 and 5 rebounds.

While I think you are taking this too far, there is something to what you are saying.
Dragic and Bledsoe may not be the best back court in the NBA, but they are the most unique one. Two PGs who can score in a variety of ways, defend, and create for others.
The key here is that there is a solid point guard on the floor at all times. I am still not convinced this will work long-term (for other reasons), but having one of them on the floor at all times is huge. I do believe that the Morris brothers are benefiting from having a starting PG on the floor with them. I am not diminishing their improvement- I think both of them have improved a lot since last year, but I do believe that it is much easier for them to play with Dragic or Bledsoe than it was with Marshall.
