I love most of the movies DeNiro has been in. Not what is the best movie he was in....what was his best performance.

Working on it........I should have capped it at 10....I was gonna put Copland and Backdraft in there at the end....but whatever....it's a runaway with Raging Bull.

It should be a runaway with Raging Bull. Godfather should be 2nd.

Raging Bull, hands down. If for nothing else than the physical hell he had to put himself through--first to get into fighting shape, and then to get out of fighting shape.

DeNiro is freaking amazing. And, you joke, but he does well in movies like Meet the Fockers because he also has amazing comedic timing. He's a funny bastard.

I voted Godfather II.

FWIW, he had the following Oscar noms/wins;

1975 Won Oscar for GFII (supporting actor)
1977 Nom Oscar for Taxi Driver
1979 Nom Oscar for The Deer Hunter
1981 Won Oscar for Raging Bull
1991 Nom Oscar for Awakenings
1992 Nom Oscar for Cape Fear

I really did love him in Meet the Parents.

Oops....I meant the original. Meet the Parents. I don't like comedies so I messed that up.

Stupid NEZ...you left Awakenings off.

I always thought Vickie was smoking hot. I'm surprised she didn't ever do much else.

Easy.
Raging Bull, hands down, one of the best performances of ANY actor in the history of movies.

I'd have voted for Awakenings if it had been on there. Haven't seen Raging Bull (I'm a loser, I know), so I went with Untouchables. He scared the crap outta me in that one.

He does have great comedic timing. He's just an all-around awesome actor.

Yeah I was gonna say "Awakenings' also. That was a great movie alongside Robin Williams. I also love "Midnight Run"...one of my all-time favorites. You gotta see it uncut though. The cussing makes it way more funnier and classic DiNiro. lol :)
