It finally feels like fall in AZ. Time for pumpkin goodies. So, who has the best pumpkin muffin?

I make my own year round. Basic store-bought pumpkin muffin mix. Egg whites only. Add in oatmeal, wheat germ, flaxseed bran. Healthy and dee-licious.

I can't believe there is not more interest in pumpkin muffins, lol. They are delicious goodness!

I like my pumpkin muffin with some sort of cream cheesey icing. Yum!

Yep, which is why I was going to say probably Starbuck's pumpkin cream cheese muffins. Their Zucchini Walnut muffins are my absolute favorites, although they are only about 2/3rds the size they were a few years ago.

Get yourself a box of Pillsbury Quick Bread (Pumpkin) mix. Follow recipe on back. Allows you to make loaves or muffins. Nuts/raisins/dried cranberries can be added.
