Big Ten to check PSU, sanctions possible (AP)

The Big Ten says it will review the child sex-abuse scandal at Penn State and reserve the right to sanction the school depending on what it finds. The 12-member league also plans an immediate review of institutional control of athletics at its schools, including the possibility of a common set of "stress tests" to ensure accountability and oversight.
