Back in the hospital to undergo heart valve surgery. Surgery is today and then he'll have a couple months of recovery.

Update from his sister-in-law (from yesterday afternoon):

Just wanted to let everyone know Anthony M Sapore is doing great! Surgery was a success yesterday and He has been up and walking today but is now exhausted.
