l really liked Mayock as a draft analyst -- but after his Raiders drafts.....???

Mayocks 2019 draft was solid, despite him blowing the first 2 picks. Crosby, Abrams, Renfrew.
He also found Waller on the scrap heap.
Bryan Edwards is ok, and I think Leatherwood is a good RT in the NFL for a long time.
Other than that, his drafts are not great.
He's not a worse drafter than Keim.

Leftwich will be an interesting experiment.
Former player with great leadership skills but lacking coaching experience. This has happened a lot in the NBA but not the NFL.
