Blocked website help

FOr some reason I can no longer get to certain websites. Like NFL.com. None of my six pc's can do so.

Is there something on my router that I should check? I called my ISP they say the problem is not on their end. I cannot ping nfl.com and a trace route times out in mutliple spots.

I did all the usual stuff cleared caches, rebooted pc's and router.

What the heck am I missing?

That is weird. So this is your personal ISP and not work? If you can get here and not other places that sounds like an ISP problem if it is a personal ISP. Either that or a router or personal firewall problem. Ryan?

I can visit and ping NFL.com just fine.

I flushed my dns. I did everything possible. Shut down all my pcs, rebuolt one turned it on, still blocked from nfl.com and a few others.

Do you know anyone else that uses your ISP? Ask them to visit NFL.com and that will isolate the problem to either the ISP or your computer/software/router.

When I made another call to Emarq they had me do a trace route again this time it went like this...

7) Spint server ok
8) timed out
9) Sprint server ok

Kind of was some obvious prrof its my isp. But hey say nothing is wrong.

I have two suggestions:

1) first off, can you connect to the IP address of the site? 64.30.236.35 is NFL.com according to various websites but it pulls up CBSsportsline for me. If you can, then your ISP has a DNS server down or their DNS table is screwed

2) Try to get to NFL.com from this page: http://www.the-cloak.com/login.html This will bypass all your local setting and go through another proxy. If you still can't get it then you have might a problem with your local hosts file
