Toronto Blue Jays catcher Dioner Navarro asked for a trade in November after free agent Russell Martin signed with the team. Navarro said Monday at the Blue Jays' spring training camp that nothing has changed. ''I don't know when did it go wrong, if anything did go wrong,'' Navarro said of his time with Toronto. Manager John Gibbons understands Navarro's frustration.
