I have been unable to find who is on the Cards Board of Director. I would think that would be public but being a privately owned company perhaps it is not open to view. In any event I would guess most are family members and perhaps Rod Graves since he has been here for over ten years. Here is the organization staff which is always interesting to look at once in a while. As always Mr. B is the top dog on this team:

Family owned businesses do not need to have a board of directors. Corporations do by law.

The Cardinals would either be a corporation or a Limited Liability Corp (LLC)

they likely have a Board of Directors, but it could be as small at three (Sr, Mike B and one or two other sons, perhaps Mrs B). The meetings are likely done simply to comply with the corporate charter and last all of 15 minutes. That is the way its typically done in most closely held, family held businesses.

I am reaching way back into the memory bank for this. I believe that the Cardinals are a closely held corporation. If my memory serves me correctly, Mr. B and his family were the Major stockholders in the said corporation and their are some minor stockholders. I was even thinking that perhaps Graves was one of the stockholders. This is old information and it really could have changed by now.

I know Sr. and his brother inherited the team and a racetrack after his mother passed away. He bought 100% control of the team from his brother in exchange for the racetrack later.

I really doubt that anyone outside of the family owns any part of the team

Thomas Guilfoil was one of the minority shareholders. This could have easily changed when the ownership of the team switched corporations.
