Charlotte Bobcats starting shooting guard Raja Bell has a partially torn ligament in his left wrist that could require surgery and sideline him for most of the season. Coach Larry Brown made the announcement after Charlotte's 94-87 exhibition victory over Milwaukee on Tuesday. Brown said Bell's agent has requested a second opinion.
