Had to do some digging, but here's what I found:

There's some discussion by searching "bcs teams won't play boise state"

According to the AD at boise, the'yve tried over 10 different schools one and done ROAD games and they said no.

We do have VA Tech and Oregon St. Next year. We've been in talks with Nebraska.

Yes, on another sports board. With someone that claims that Boise is ducking big games, and why doesn't the AD name names...

I think if they name names, then they lose out on future chances with other teams from the same conference. Plus a lot of coaches are loyal to each other.

We're in an interesting spot. We can't get a lot of the OOC games people keep bashing us for because for most teams it's too much of a risk to lose an early game. Our conference doesn't give us any help with strength of schedule either

With winning our second BCS game, it's only going to get harder. The only hope is that the perception keeps growing that beating BSU is a big deal and losing to them isn't a huge embarrassment.

I think they are slowly gaining reputation as a top 10 program. Maybe the other teams are doing the ducking...
