It was a tie game. You don't ever, ever pass up on a go-ahead score because you never know what will happen on the next play.

No, I didn't think that. I kept thinking there was going to be a flag for a false start, that's what I was thinking about. And, replays clearly showed there should of been a flag on Bridges.

Then i thought, "Damn, the Lions ARE the New Cardinals. They just got jobbed like we used to." (as I celebrated)

I'm glad he scored, because like TheHopToad says, you never know. Maybe Kurt fumbles a snap on the next play, and we did have a new kicker. I didn't like it when Maurice Jones-Drew took a knee at the 1 when they were trailing the Jets by a point.
I remember Emmitt scoring for us in a simlar situation vs Seattle with us only up by a point; there you take a knee.

I know that James Jones of the Packers should have most definitely downed the ball on the 1 when he scored the td to take the lead in the end of the Steeler game. Before the score GB was down by 2. Had he downed it and they then downed the ball a few times and kicked the FG the Squealers would have either gotten the ball with less than a minute left or all of their timeouts would have been gone.

I was mostly glad we went for the touchdown instead of trying to force the ball up the middle, getting stuffed, and having to settle for a field goal. At worst, Detriot comes back and ties it. Ok, at worst they score and make the 2-point conversion.
