Barry Bonds wasted no time adding to his home run record with No. 757. Bonds connected for a two-run shot into McCovey Cove in the first inning Wednesday night against Washington, one night after breaking Hank Aaron's 33-year-old record with his 756th. Bonds sent a 1-1 pitch from Tim Redding clocked at 94 mph into the bay beyond the right-field fence, his 35th career splash hit and second this year.
