He might not get too much playing time on this contending roster, but Boston Celtics rookie shooting guard Baylor Scheierman's journey as a basketball player is about pride and love for the game. And given the context he needs to grow his game in, it is not hard to see it in action.

The Creighton alum has been putting in the work, and has finally started to earn some time with the parent roster after much of his first season in the NBA has been spent shuttling back and forth between the cities of Boston and Portland, the latter town where Scheierman has gotten the most burn suiting up for the Maine Celtics.
