The 60-21 Boston Celtics will play host to the 19-62 Charlotte Hornets at their home arena of TD Garden this Sunday (April 13) afternoon for what will be the last game of the Celtics' NBA 2024-25 regular season slate of games. Both Boston and Charlotte have quite lengthy injury reports, so expect both clubs to test out a number of depth options.
One thing one probably should not expect from this contest is a game of any significance given where we are in the league calendar. But it ought to be a fun matinee tilt just the same for the fan faithful.
Let's take a look at player health for both teams, likely starters, and how to watch or stream the game.
For the Celtics, Jaylen Brown (knee), Jrue Holiday (shoulder), Al Horford (knee), Kristaps Porzingis (illness), Derrick White (neck), and Jayson Tatum (rest) are out.
For the Hornets, LaMelo Ball (ankle), Miles Bridges (hip), Josh Green (shoulder), Tre Mann (disc), Brandon Miller (wrist), Mark Williams (foot) and Grant Williams (ACL) are out, and Moussa Diabate (illness) is questionable.
