Brewers, OF Cameron reach agreement (AP)

Free agent outfielder Mike Cameron and the Milwaukee Brewers reached a preliminary agreement on a one-year contract that includes a club option for 2009. Cameron must pass a physical for the agreement to be completed, a person with knowledge of the deal said Friday. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the deal was not final.
