The Denver Broncos had a formal meeting with Purdue offensive lineman Marcus Mbow at the NFL combine, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer's Devin Jackson.

Mbow (6-4, 303 pounds) ran a 20-yard shuttle in 4.67 seconds at the combine. He started his college career as a right guard, starting 14 games in 2022 and six games in 2023 before his season was cut short by a leg injury.

Last year, the Boilermakers moved Mbow to right tackle and he earned honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition after starting 12 games. He likely projects as a guard going into the NFL, but his positional flexibility could help his draft stock.

Ben Powers has two more seasons left on his current contract, but the Broncos might be planning ahead at guard. Mbow is projected as a second-round prospect, and Denver currently holds pick No. 51 in Round 2. The 2025 NFL draft will be held from April 24-26.
