Vic Fangio expects Pro Bowl pass rusher Bradley Chubb to return by November after undergoing surgery Wednesday to remove bone spurs from his left ankle. “His procedure today was a roaring success" without any complications, the Denver Broncos coach said. Chubb went on IR a day after inside linebacker Josey Jewell did.
