I started to watch nfl since 1997
Many teams had up and down moments but just one team has kept an unveried putrid level, the Browns.
Several managers has been hired by Browns , but each of them failed in their mission
Is it possible to draft any worse?

Recent first round picks
2011)pick 21 Phil Taylor, talented but a bust
2012)one of the ugliest combo picks ever pick 3Trent Richardson pick 23 Brandon Weeden
2013)pick 6Barkevious Mingo, undersize, bust
2014) the ugliest combo picks ever
pick 8 Justine Gilbert pick 22 Johnny Manziel
2015)pick 12 Danny Shelton pick 19 Cameron Erving
2016) pick 15 Corey Coleman

Just wonder for a moment what the Browns history from 1990-2016 might have been if they had kept Belichick as head coach all those years. That ranks right up there with Red Sox giving Ruth away to the Yanks.

Some bad picks but the fact they have instability in the front office and coaching staff has a lot to do with them drafting players who never amount to anything because they are unable to develope their players... though that player's fate might have been different if they where drafted by another team in my opinion

Belichick left after the Browns moved to Baltimore. Btw, Belichick's first ever playoff win as a head coach was with the Browns as they beat the New England Patriots.

Facts are facts you give him Tim couch instead of Tom Brady how many rings you think he has?

Tom accounts for a lot of his success for sure but people keep ignoring something about coaching... it is no different than players but on a mental aspect, some coaches learn and do get better which Pete Carroll is another example

Look for them to trade for Taylor since Buffalo seems anxious to move on.

You're forgetting that the Bellichick Browns were the one's that moved to Baltimore in 1996. This current incarnation of the the Browns didn't come into existence until 1999.

Do you dispute this? Cassel lit us up for 345 yards and 3 TD's that year.

Of freaking course I doubt it.

Uh he won 11 games one year so uh yeah it's kind of the same thing as winning a bunch of championships you know.

Seriously

Yeah, that is why I said I believe he could. And you didn't ask about a bunch of championships. You asked if he had won a championship. I believe he could win a championship with the pats and Belicheck.

You know, discussing anything logically with you is like trying to explain calculus to my dog. The difference is that after a while my dog would actually start understanding calculus. No one said anything about Cassel winning championships. No one. If you have evidence to the contrary then please produce it. The point was made that Bellichick won games in a season without Brady. Wasn't his fault they didn't make the playoffs.
