Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is not throwing during practice because of a sore right elbow that has bothered him for two weeks. Manziel ended his workout early on Sunday. Browns offensive coordinator John DeFilippo says he's not concerned about Manziel's elbow injury being a long-term condition and chalks up the issue to ''wear and tear.'' DeFilippo says Manziel's throwing mechanics may have contributed to the soreness.
