Baker Mayfield joked about sending a care package to Myles Garrett's house. As they try to stay one step ahead of the coronavirus, the Browns practiced Wednesday without their defensive star and were forced to place three other regulars on the COVID-19 list after they had close contact with an infected person. Garrett was isolated at home because he was ''feeling sick,'' according to Browns coach Kevin Stefanski.
