Browns backup quarterback Johnny Manziel is throwing passes in practice for the first time since Aug. 23 after being slowed by a sore right elbow. Manziel did not play in Cleveland's final two exhibition games. The second-year QB threw several short passes during the 30 minutes of Monday's practice open to media members.
