Browns QB McCown leaves game with concussion, Manziel in (Yahoo Sports)

Cleveland Browns starting quarterback Josh McCown left with a concussion after taking a hard hit late in the first quarter against the New York Jets. McCown has been replaced by Johnny Manziel, who was listed as probable after throwing in practice last Monday for the first time since Aug. 23 because of elbow tendinitis. The Browns announced that McCown was out for the rest of the game.
