Manziel entered an Ohio facility on Jan. 28, and coach Mike Pettine said Monday the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner is still being treated. Pettine said there has been communication with Manziel, whose turbulent rookie season was followed by his entering rehab. Pettine does not know when Manziel will be discharged. Pettine reiterated that the ''football for us is an afterthought'' to Manziel getting well.
