Browns quarterback Josh McCown will start ahead of Johnny Manziel this Sunday against Oakland after passing the NFL's protocol on concussions. McCown was injured in the season opener against the New York Jets and had to sit out last week because of lingering symptoms from his head injury. Manziel replaced him and led the Browns to a 28-14 victory over Tennessee, his first career win.
