Browns quarterback Josh McCown will do more in practice and remains a possibility to start on Sunday against the Steelers. Coach Mike Pettine said McCown's activity will increase Thursday and the Browns will have a better idea following the workout whether his rib injury has healed enough for him to play in Pittsburgh. Pettine said the 36-year-old McCown ''was sore but functional'' during Wednesday's practice.
