The Boston Bruins' brutal 2024-25 season is finally nearing its conclusion. The Original Six club has only four games left before their very important off-season begins.

After being major sellers at the trade deadline and sparking their retool, the Bruins have plenty of money to work with this off-season. With this, they are in a position to do some spending this summer as they look to become a competitive team again.

When looking at this year's pending unrestricted free agents, one player who should immediately grab the attention of the Boston if he hits the market is Vancouver Canucks winger Brock Boeser.

One of many reasons why the Bruins' season went so poorly in 2024-25 was that they did not find a true top-six winger to replace off-season departure Jake DeBrusk. Thus, they should consider bringing in a scoring winger, and Boeser would give them just that if signed.

If the Bruins signed Boeser, he would be an immediate fit for their second-line right wing under David Pastrnak. In addition, his offensive skill would make him be a valuable weapon on Boston's power play.

Boeser has appeared in 70 games this season for the Canucks, where he has 25 goals and 49 points. This was after he scored 40 goals and recorded 73 points in 81 games last season with Vancouver. Thus, he can produce like a true star when playing at his best.

Nevertheless, with the Bruins needing more skill in their top six, Boeser is someone who they should consider making a serious push for if he does not re-sign with Vancouver. It will be intriguing to see if the Bruins make a push for the 28-year-old forward this summer from here.
