I'm not sure if there's enough interest for a game day thread but thought I'd start one anyway. I think we're a few losses away from maybe going with a game month thread.

If there is a moderator in the audience, could you correct this title? It should read Suns @ Bucks.

Dudley is playing like he does not want to be traded... of course he always plays hard.

The upper stands in Milwaukee are nearly empty... lots of empty seats.

I don't know, it seems like he plays harder at times. He seems to get energized if something good happens for him early. I like Duds but my biggest problem with him is he's an energy guy and yet he just looks kind of soft out there. Usually when you have a player that is all hustle, they're pretty cut, like Tucker is. They get every last little bit our of their limited physical skills and I just don't think Dudley does that. I don't know what his exercise and nutritional regimen consists of but I wouldn't be shocked to find out he goes on regular late night Foody Runs. Hope I'm wrong.

It's probably my fault, they read the game day thread title and thought they were on the road. Or, they read the schedule and discovered that not only would they have to watch their Bucks play but it would be against the Suns. I'll bet the other owners hate what Sarver has done almost as much as we do. We have to be near the bottom of the league in drawing power.

I think this is the way Dudley is made. We all can't be cut... like Morris. ;)

I guess all the Bucks fans are in Phoenix. :)

The attendance does remind me of the Suns at home. I almost went there.

How come the Suns can't draft a player like Larry Sanders drafted at #15?

I'm thinking the Suns did not have a 2010 first round pick due to the KT trade... not sure but seems like it.

Yup, in the first half, every starter had a good plus and every reserve had a minus.

The Suns are sinking in the sunset. Maybe Gentry should tell Shannon Brown not to shoot or force the ball so much.

That would be pretty friggin' amazing if the Lakers pick ends up being a lottery pick. Even late lottery. Would be a steal for a guy who was on his way out anyway.

More ping pong balls. Suns lose Lakers lose
After refusing to spend the season rooting for my team to tank, I still don't root for them to blow the lead, but I expect them to. Like tonight.

I am an idealist. But I am also a realist. We have a Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen, Comet and Cupid And Donner and Blitzen. But no Rudolph to lead the team.

Whatever!

This is the worst Suns team in the history of the franchise. No identity, no true field general, and no consistency off the bench.

But the plethora of ping pong balls will be nice (hopefully).

It was a friendly gesture on the Sun's part to help Boylan off to a nice start, taking over for Scotty Skiles. I wonder if this going to be the end of Skiles career as an NBA coach... second time in a row he's been fired midseason. I can't envision him being an assistant coach... would you want him lurking around as your assistant? So how will he stay in contact with game - not as a commentator, thats for sure. His 'grind it out' style is not popular these days and he's not proven to be that good at creating strong defensive teams which was supposed to be his long suit. I shan't miss him if he fades from view.

If we get a decent chunk of young talent this offseason then Skiles would be a good coach to bring in. He is among the best at getting a young team to learn to play disciplined. Then you cruelly dismiss him after 2 years once he flounders at .500 because for whatever reason thats where he seems to max out.
